Jack Daniel's Tennessee Rye combines the distinctive flavour of rye with Jack Daniel's signature 'Charcoal Mellowing' process, where the whiskey is filtered through charcoal made from sugar maple. For the first time in its 150-year history, the distillery has changed the recipe of the classic Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 whiskey and refined it with a higher proportion of rye. The result is a distinctive, spicy rye whiskey with a strong flavour and a mild finish. Matured in American white oak barrels, it contains 70% rye and 100% Jack.
