The traditional Tomatin Distillery, located in the Scottish Highlands, is known for its smooth, fruity whiskies, which are characterised by careful cask selection.


Only single malt whisky that has been allowed to mature for at least eight years was used for this bottling. It was aged in a combination of fresh American oak bourbon casks and sherry casks, resulting in a balanced and versatile flavour profile. While the bourbon casks contribute notes of vanilla, honey and creamy sweetness, the sherry casks add depth, spice and fruity flavours. Bottled at 40% vol., it is pleasantly mild, accessible and perfectly balanced.
