To produce it, the hand-picked fruit is macerated in the Premium Dry Gin and then complemented by the addition of natural sloe juice. The result is a German sloe gin in which the fruity sloe is combined with the characteristic juniper and botanical profile of the Windspiel base. A distinctive feature is the potato spirit used, which is produced for Windspiel from potatoes and lends the Sloe Gin a smooth, delicately spicy base. This sets the production process apart from many classic, grain-based gin products.

With an alcohol content of 33.3%, the Windspiel Premium Sloe Gin 0.5 l combines the typical characteristics of a sloe liqueur with the aromatic structure of a high-quality dry gin. The juniper and floral citrus notes of the gin base blend with the distinctive fruitiness of the Eifel sloes.
