It is based on a high-quality gin that is matured in various types of wooden casks, giving it additional depth and complexity. It is then refined with roasted cane sugar, which has also been matured in casks. This special production process lends the gin an elegant sweetness without masking its characteristic juniper and botanical notes. The name ‘No Mistake’ pays homage to the English writer Charles Dickens and is a tongue-in-cheek reference to the extraordinary flavour of this historic gin interpretation.

Candied lemon peel, aniseed and almonds provide the opening notes, followed by subtle spicy notes such as nutmeg, cinnamon and cubeb pepper.
