Koval Barreled Gin is an excellent creation from the renowned Koval Distillery in Chicago, which is known for its innovative and high-quality spirits. While conventional gin is usually bottled directly after distillation, Koval Barreled Gin is matured in burnt oak barrels, which gives it remarkable depth and complexity.

The basis of this gin is the organic grain typical of Koval, which is processed in a careful small-batch process. The combination of botanicals such as juniper, coriander and angelica root harmonises perfectly with the subtle vanilla and caramel notes added by the barrel.
