In 1892, he opened the Red Dog Saloon on the market square, which unfortunately no longer exists today. Alongside the White Rabbit Saloon, the Red Dog Saloon was Jack Daniel's second bar, which enjoyed great popularity. This is where locals would meet to chat and listen to music and enjoy the locally distilled whiskey, which is still produced today.
