In addition to juniper, coriander, angelica root and lemon peel, Nikka Coffey Gin also contains exotic ingredients such as Japanese citrus fruits (yuzu, kabosu, amanatsu and shequasar). These give it a fresh, slightly tart citrus note that harmonises perfectly with the spicy and herbal elements. At 47% vol., this gin has an intense flavour, but remains wonderfully balanced and smooth.
