This variant brings out the flavours of the carefully selected Japanese botanicals even more intensively and ensures a full-bodied, complex taste experience. "Sei" means "clarity" or "strength" in Japanese - an apt description for this special gin, which impresses with its distinctive juniper flavour, spicy freshness and elegant depth.

Produced in the Kyoto distillery, the first gin distillery in Japan, KI NO BI GIN reflects centuries of Japanese craftsmanship. The ingredients are perfectly harmonised: Yellow yuzu provides fresh citrus notes, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress) bring a subtle, woody nuance, while bamboo and goyokuro tea provide a fine balance and depth. Green sansho berries (Japanese peppercorns) give the gin a pleasant sharpness and spicy complexity.
