D.Co Ulrich Amaro da Marolo is a unique revival of a classic Italian herbal liqueur based on the original recipes of the botanist Dr Ulrich. Dr Ulrich founded his company in the 19th century, which was one of the first in Italy to specialise in aromatic plants. In 1854, he laid the foundations for a tradition that played a leading role in the herbal industry for decades. Today, the Marolo distillery is bringing back this historical heritage and has reinterpreted and refined the D.Co Ulrich Amaro with 19 different herbs, fruits and roots.

With an alcohol content of 32% by volume, this amaro offers an exquisite balance of bitter and sweet flavours characterised by the complex herbal and fruity notes.
