Fischer-Geist Liqueur is an exceptional herbal liqueur from Germany with an alcohol content of 56% vol. and a volume of 0.5 litres. This "burning herbal liqueur" comes from the land between the seas and impresses with its distinctive blend of hand-picked herbs, spices and fruits, which give it its deep, intense flavour. Fischer-Geist is produced in a complex distillation process and is known for its strong flavour, which moves harmoniously between sweet and spicy notes.

It is customary to serve Fischer-Geist in a ceramic jug. The liqueur is lit and left to burn for around 1 minute, intensifying the flavours and creating a fascinating interplay of flames. The flame is then extinguished with a special copper pan. This ceremonial custom emphasises the tradition and the special experience of this liqueur.
