Laphroaig Four Oak is a remarkable single malt whisky that showcases Laphroaig’s characteristic peaty and smoky intensity in a new, sophisticated way. This whisky is matured in four different types of cask, lending it a particularly multi-layered complexity. The four types of oak cask – including first-fill bourbon casks, quarter casks, sherry casks and new oak casks – help the whisky develop a harmonious interplay of sweet, smoky and spicy flavours.

The four cask types offer a perfect balance between Laphroaig’s characteristic peaty character and softer, fruity and sweet notes, which arise from the different types of wood and maturation processes. The 40% ABV ensures a smooth yet robust character, making Laphroaig Four Oak a superb whisky to enjoy neat or as the basis for sophisticated cocktails.
