The basis of this premium absinthe is a careful blend of wormwood, aniseed, fennel and other aromatic herbs, which create its unmistakable flavour profile. Its bright green colour is of natural origin and unfolds particularly beautifully when served traditionally with cold water over the absinthe spoon provided and a sugar cube. This ritual not only emphasises the aromatic complexity, but also creates the characteristic "louche" phenomenon, in which the liquid turns a milky, cloudy colour.
