La Fée Absinthe Parisienne is a traditional and authentic absinthe, produced according to a classic 19th-century recipe. With an impressive alcohol content of 68 % vol., it reflects the original art of absinthe distillation and offers an intense, multi-layered taste experience. Produced in France under the supervision of the French Absinthe Museum, this Grüne Fee combines the highest quality with time-honoured craftsmanship.
The basis of this premium absinthe is a careful blend of wormwood, aniseed, fennel and other aromatic herbs, which give it its distinctive flavour profile. Its vibrant green colour is of natural origin and comes into its own when served in the traditional manner with cold water poured over the absinthe spoon provided and a sugar cube. This ritual not only highlights the aromatic complexity but also creates the characteristic ‘louche’ phenomenon, in which the liquid turns a milky, cloudy colour.
