Maturation in Oloroso sherry casks creates a complex interplay of aromas, including ripe dried fruit, spicy honey and dark chocolate. Bushmills’ signature triple distillation process lends the whisky its elegant smoothness, whilst the selected sherry casks add further depth and complexity. The result is a well-balanced Irish whisky with a pleasantly long, sweet and smooth finish.
