The name ‘The Quiet Man’ refers to the father of the founder, Ciaran Mulgrew, who, as a barman, would always listen to his guests’ stories but was himself a quiet man – a tribute to the unsung heroes of everyday life.
This Irish whisky is matured in first-fill bourbon casks, which lend it distinct notes of vanilla and oak. Triple distillation gives it an exceptional smoothness, making it particularly approachable. At 40% ABV, it offers a pleasant strength that brings out its flavours to the full.
