The story of Elephant Gin began on adventurous journeys through Kenya, Tanzania and South Africa.

It was here that not only the passion for gin was discovered, but also the awareness for the protection of wild animals was created.

As it is extremely important to support wildlife conservation, 15% of the profits from every bottle of Elephant London Dry Gin sold are donated to African elephant conservation projects.

The gin also gets its name from this commitment.

Particular attention to detail is reflected in the labels. These are calligraphed by hand and bear the name of a special elephant.

Elephant Gin products are made in Germany and distilled slowly and gently in small batches using the traditional method of copper distillation in an Arnold Holstein still.

A blend of 14 botanicals, combined with rare African ingredients such as freshly picked apples from surrounding apple orchards, ensures rich flavours and the highest quality.

This brine is actually a liqueur made from gin. In addition to juniper berries, sloe berries are also used to make it. The fruit is harvested by hand when ripe. The addition of sugar ensures a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity.

The name "Sole" is English and means blackthorn.
