Created in 2014 by the descendants of the Indonesian Jacobus Alfons (known as Bobby) in collaboration with the renowned genever producer Herman Jansen, this gin is based on a traditional Indonesian recipe that has been reinterpreted using modern expertise.

Produced in Schiedam, a town with a centuries-old tradition of gin and genever production, Bobby’s Schiedam Dry Gin combines the best of both worlds. The eight carefully selected botanicals – including cloves, coriander seeds, lemongrass, cubeb pepper, juniper, cinnamon, fennel seeds and rosehip – are distilled individually to preserve their characteristic flavours as effectively as possible. The distillates are then blended with the utmost precision to achieve a harmonious balance of spicy, fresh and floral notes.
