Grappa di Julia Invecchiata is at home in Friuli in Italy.

The marc, which is obtained from the distillation of the grapes, is gently distilled in copper kettles and then bottled in a small oak barrel.

The grappa gets its golden colour and soft aroma from the 12 months of ageing in oak barrels.

The finest, locally grown red grapes form the basis for the distillate.

These include grape varieties such as Malvasia, Sangiovese and Cabernet, which ensure a fine, mature grappa.

This bright golden gem has a smooth flavour and an elegant aroma with fruity and woody notes.
