Grappa Bianca is a clear, unaged grappa distilled from the marc of various high-quality white and red wine varieties from Veneto and Friuli. Distillation is carried out using the traditional alembic method, resulting in a particularly clear, powerful yet balanced spirit. With an increased alcohol content of 50% vol., this variant is aimed at connoisseurs and lovers of intense, characterful grappa.
