Nordés Atlantic Galician Gin with 40% vol. in a 0.7-litre bottle is an outstanding premium gin from the north-west of Spain that clearly stands out from classic gins due to its exceptional origin, production and aroma. Produced in Galicia, a region with a strong Atlantic influence, Nordés is a tribute to the nature, climate and culinary diversity of this region. Even the base is unusual: instead of grain alcohol, Nordés uses brandy made from the indigenous Albariño grape - a noble white grape variety known for its freshness and fruity elegance.

In addition to juniper, a total of eleven botanicals are used, many of them from the region. These include lemon verbena, hibiscus, sage, eucalyptus, mint, sea fennel and other aromatic herbs that give the gin its floral and slightly maritime character. Careful maceration and distillation are carried out slowly and gently to bring out the fine flavours of the botanicals.
