Wood Stork White Rum is a white rum from the Black Forest, produced by the Bimmerle Private Distillery. It is made from sugar cane molasses sourced from South America, which is fermented in the Black Forest and then distilled. This sets Wood Stork apart from numerous rum brands, which are merely bottled in Europe. The producer employs a carbon-neutral triple distillation process, resulting in a clear rum with a straightforward yet distinctive profile. With an alcohol content of 37.5 per cent, this white rum has the classic minimum strength for its category and forms the unadulterated starting point within the Wood Stork range before flavouring or cask ageing.

The Wood Stork brand was originally launched by Bimmerle in 2018 with the Spiced Rum and now comprises White, Spiced and Aged Rum. The Wood Stork White Rum 0.7 l represents the ‘origin’ of the range and is designed in particular to highlight the natural characteristics of the sugar cane distillate. Produced in the Black Forest region, steeped in tradition, it combines an international raw material with modern German distilling technology.
