CAB-RON Triple Oak Rum combines different Caribbean rum traditions with an elaborate cask-maturation process. For bottling, carefully selected matured and extra-matured rums from the Dominican Republic, Jamaica, Guatemala and Barbados are blended together. At the heart of the process is the Triple Oak maturation, which utilises three different types of cask: Oloroso sherry casks, bourbon casks and Pedro Ximénez sherry casks. This combination allows the individual characteristics of the various rums to be blended with different wood influences. The master blenders oversee each stage of the ageing process and carefully select suitable casks for the final blend.

Particular emphasis is placed on bottling the Cab Ron Triple Oak Sherry Cask Finished Rum as close to its natural state as possible. The rum is bottled unfiltered and without additives, straight from the cask at 40% alcohol by volume, in a 0.7-litre bottle. The combination of four countries of origin, along with Bourbon, Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez casks, blends Caribbean rum production with the influence of classic European sherry cask maturation. As such, Cab Ron Triple Oak Rum is aimed particularly at connoisseurs of complex premium rums who value a variety of rum styles, expert cask management and a production process free from any added ingredients.
