The Sibona RISERVA SPECIALE Grappa di Barolo 15 ANNI is an exceptionally long-aged, rare grappa from Piedmont, with an alcohol content of 44 per cent, in a 0.5-litre bottle, presented in a high-quality wooden box. This grappa is produced by the long-established Distilleria Sibona in Piobesi d’Alba. The bottling is intended as a tribute to the famous Barolo of Piedmont and to the art of long barrel ageing. It is made from selected pomace of the Nebbiolo grape, from which Barolo is also produced. Following distillation, the grappa undergoes an exceptional 15-year ageing period in oak casks, giving it significantly more time to develop than classic grappa bottlings.
