Bumbu The Original is a rum-based spirit from Barbados with an alcohol content of 40 per cent, available in a 0.7-litre bottle. It is produced by combining rum components from various countries of origin, including Barbados, Belize, Brazil, Costa Rica, the Dominican Republic, El Salvador, Guyana and Honduras. Individual components of the blend have been aged for up to 15 years. The rums used are aged in former bourbon casks, which lend the blend additional depth and structure. Bumbu The Original is then refined with natural spices. According to the available product information, no artificial colourings or flavourings are added.
