This special rum is made from a blend of 70% distilled rum from fresh sugar cane juice and 30% distilled rum from molasses, which gives it an unmistakable depth and a multi-faceted flavour. It is matured using the Solera method in charred oak barrels, giving the rum a smooth yet powerful complexity with elegant smoky notes and a long, warm finish.
