Paladin Agricanto Liquore 25% is a distinctive Italian liqueur from Veneto, whose recipe is based on a regional tradition dating back to the 1940s. Paladin took up this time-honoured idea and developed a contemporary interpretation of it. The base is Raboso wine, a red wine variety typical of the Veneto region, which is refined with cherry juice, almonds, fine grappa, medicinal herbs and selected spices. The name Agricanto is composed of ‘Agri’, the Latin term for field and earth, and ‘Canto’, expressing gratitude for the fruits of nature.

With an alcohol content of 25 per cent, Paladin Agricanto is a full-bodied, fruity and spicy digestif with clear links to Venetian culinary culture. The Raboso wine contributes structure and a slightly tart fruit base, whilst cherries provide a juicy sweetness.
